I have been working with Vinepower and their teams for approximately 10 years now. The benefit I have is that Vinepower know how I want tasks completed in the vineyards. They know my pruning philosophies and execute them very successfully for me. They have a team of supervisors that lead their individual teams very well. I don’t feel that I must stand over them all the time.
Vinepower also have a large team of workers that can get the tasks completed at a very timely manner and to the specs that I request. With the large numbers of workers, they are on time and can accommodate requests or changes to tasks without much bother. For me to have a labour contractor company that I can rely on, particularly in the pressure times, makes running a vineyard easier with less stress, meaning the vineyard gets maintained on time and to a high standard.
