Our people come from across New Zealand and the Pacific, bringing strength, resilience, and dedication to the Marlborough wine industry. During peak pruning season, Vinepower employs approximately 500 staff — many of whom return year after year through the RSE scheme. These long-standing relationships are built on mutual respect and shared values. Our international teams work alongside Kiwi staff to form a skilled, cohesive workforce that understands the demands of the land.
