I have had over 20 years’ experience in Marlborough vineyards.
I’ve been involved in all aspects of vineyard work from new development to old vineyards being pulled out and re-developed.
While working for a local vineyard management company I got to know Fred and the operations team, as well as a lot of the RSE workers. It’s been awesome to see that a lot of them are still coming back to Vinepower to work all these years later.
While my role now is more admin based, I’m still able to get out in the field and check in with the teams.
It’s great to be able to be part of the process that allows these people to come out to NZ to work and achieve their goals back home.
