After more than 20 years in the dairy industry, specialising in administration and off-farm operations, Jennifer transitioned to the beautiful Marlborough region in 2021. Bringing extensive experience in medical administration and organizational support, she embraced a new chapter in the wine industry with enthusiasm.
In her current role, Jennifer supports Marcel and the pastoral care team, coordinating inductions, facilitating education programs, and serving as a key liaison across multiple areas. Her focus is on ensuring RSE workers feel at home during their time in New Zealand and helping new Kiwi employees integrate into a diverse and welcoming workplace culture.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys exploring Marlborough and beyond through hiking, fishing, and kayaking—always seeking new adventures in the stunning landscapes of Aotearoa.
