My journey in New Zealand is truly inspiring and a testament to hard work and dedication. Starting as a labourer in 2005 and progressing to a supervisor in 2017 and eventually becoming an Onsite Pastoral Care Manager in 2022, reflects not only my professional growth but also my commitment to personal development. Gaining citizenship is a significant milestone, and I’m proud to become a Kiwi. Sharing my wealth of knowledge and experience with our RSE employees not only supports their growth but also strengthens the community. My story is a powerful example of how determination and perseverance can lead to success and fulfillment in a new country.
